1.1    General Studio Rules
 

• Please treat the floor, walls, furniture, props, and all studio items with care and respect.

• If you move any props or furniture, return them to their original positions before leaving.

• Dispose of all rubbish in the bin and empty any liquids into the sink.

• If you notice marks on the floor from dragging furniture or footwear, please stop immediately.

• Switch all lights off when you have finished your session.
   

1.2     Security Deposit
 

• Every booking will be charged a £50 security deposit. It is fully refundable after your session, as long as there is no damage, no excess mess, no overrun and the studio is left secure.

• Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

• The door must be locked after your session. If you leave the door unlocked, a £10 call-out fee will be deducted.

• If you overrun into the next session, we may transfer the deposit to the next client as compensation for the time used.

• If the studio is left excessively dirty, untidy a £50 cleaning/reset fee will be charged.

• Please note refunds can take up to 7 working days to process and reach your bank account. This will depend on your financial institution.
  
  1.3    Damage Policy
   

• Please ensure no fake tan, make-up or any other marks/stains are left on the studio furniture If stains are left, will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.

• Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stolen, stained or ripped during the time of your booking, will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.

• Please lift and do not drag furniture across the floor, as it may damage the flooring and the furniture. If the flooring is left damaged, you will incur a cost for the repair.
   

1.4    General Issues
 

• These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the hire of Maison Twenty Seven and any ancillary products at the location set out in Maison Twenty Seven booking confirmation.

• These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

• No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Maison Twenty Seven.

• Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by Maison Twenty Seven (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Maison Twenty Seven

• Maison Twenty Seven reserves the right to make changes to the studio whether to conform with any applicable safety, other statutory requirements or otherwise.
  
  1.5     Booking Confirmation
   

• Maison Twenty Seven will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your session, and that of your party, begins at the scheduled time.

• A booking shall only be considered confirmed once it has been accepted in writing by Maison Twenty Seven, including confirmation via email.

• It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all booking details and notify Maison Twenty Seven as soon as possible of any errors or discrepancies within the confirmation.

• These Booking Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with Maison Twenty Seven’s Privacy Policy, along with any applicable Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer.
   

1.6   Cancellations, Amendments & Studio Time

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

• Amendments or rescheduling requests can be made free of charge, provided they are submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the booking.

• Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. In these instances, a credit note will be issued for future use.

• In the unlikely event that Maison Twenty Seven needs to cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. A full refund will be provided; however, no additional compensation shall be offered.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Where a booking has been paid using a credit note, a replacement credit note of equal value will be issued.

1.7 Studio cancellations & Overrun 
 

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session duration, and extensions cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• All setup, including loading, unloading, styling, and packing, must take place within your allocated booking time.

• If your session exceeds the booked time by up to 20 minutes, this may be deducted from your deposit.

• Sessions exceeding their allocated time by 60 minutes or more will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional charges.

• Where a booking runs into the next scheduled session, Maison Twenty Seven reserves the right to allocate your deposit as compensation to the affected client.
  
  1.8   Liabilities
   

• Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions So Content Studio shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of, or participation in hiring and using of the studio.

• Street parking is available, and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.

• Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of So Content Studio shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to So Content Studio.

• Nothing contained in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to, nor shall, limit the liability of So Content Studio in respect of personal injury caused by the negligence of So Content Studio.
   

1.9      Miscellaneous

• If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

• Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.

• These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the studio is located.
