You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your session start time.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to make up the time beyond their originally booked time slot. No refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. ​ If you exceed your time. A £100 fee per extra hour will apply. ​ Unpacking and packing must be done within your booked time slot. If your overrun affects the next booking, we reserve the right to transfer your deposit to the following client as compensation.

If availability allows, you may extend your session at £100 per hour, paid via a payment link. All extensions must be confirmed before your original session ends. Unapproved overruns may result in loss of your deposit.

Yes! We have both central heating & air con. Weather dependent it will be switched on before your booking.

You're more welcome to eat and drink in the studio, we do have a fully equipped kitchen & table for you to enjoy on your breaks. Please avoid eating on the sets. Any damage may result in loss of your deposit.

Please be aware there is no lift access. There is 3 flights of stairs up to the studio. For additional help with equipment please enquire.
